We offer a return or exchange within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 business  working days.


To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must have the original packaging.
  • If the item was purchased during a sale, it may not be eligible for return or exchange.


Only items that are found defective or damaged may be replaced based on an exchange request.


Please note that there may be certain categories of products/items that are exempt from returns or refunds. These categories will be clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase.


For accepted exchange/return requests, once the returned product/item is received and inspected by us, you will receive an email notification about the receipt of the returned or exchanged product. If the item passes our quality check, your request (return or exchange) will be processed according to our policies.
